VARIETY – Glera 100% Bio.

AREA OF PRODUCTION – Valdobbiadene.

SOIL – ALTITUDE – Limestone, sandy and rocky, 70 to 450m above sea level.

VITICULTURE – 2 methods, wired and Guyot.

HARVEST – End of August – beginning of September, according to the decision of the “consorzio”.

VINIFICATION – In auto-clave, method “charmat”.

AGEING – 30 to 40 days in bottle after underdrawing.

COLOUR – Yellow straw with greenish reflections.

SCENTS – Rose notes, white flowers like acacia, fresh fruits (apple, pear, white peach), tropical fruit notes.

TASTE – Tasty and dry, the slightly acid note stands out; the foam is delicate, creamy and well mixed.

SERVE – 8°C.

ALCOHOLIC DEGREE – 11,5%
