AGEING – 30 to 40 days in bottle after underdrawing.
COLOUR – Yellow straw with greenish reflections.
SCENTS – Delicately fruity, reminiscent of white flowers (wisteria and acacia) and fresh fruits (apple), with notes of tropical fruits.
TASTE – Good lightness and flavor; soft impact with a delicate and well mixed foam; pleasant presence of a sour note reminiscent of fresh fruit and blends perfectly with the residual sugar.
SERVE – 8°C.
