VINIFICATION – Separate vinification for the 2 grape varieties. Destemming and gentle pressing without maceration. Fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
ELEVAGE – On noble lees for 5 months in steel tanks.
COLOR – Straw yellow with greenish highlights.
PARFUMS – Characteristic, fruity.
FLAVOR – Dry, soft, harmonious.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE – 10 to 12°C.
