AREA OF PRODUCTION – Martinsicuro, south / southeast.
SOIL – ALTITUDE – Stony, clayey, 290m above sea level.
VITICULTURE – In pergola.
HARVEST – By hand, from 10 to 20 October.
VINIFICATION – The vinification takes place exclusively in temperature-controlled steel vats and the wine is bottled after a maceration period of about 6/7 hours on the skins, at a controlled temperature in the total absence of oxygen.
COLOUR – Intense and brilliant rosé.
SCENTS – Red and black fruits (raspberries and blackcurrants).
TASTE – Fresh and persistent with slight hints of red fruits. Sweet in the mouth, it is distinguished by its stimulating acidity in perfect balance with the alcoholic volume.
SERVE – 10-12 °C.
ALCOHOLIC DEGREE – 13%
