VINIFICATION – On the skins, in temperature-controlled steel vats for 15 days.
REFINING – 8 months in oak barrels.
COLOUR – Ruby red
PARFUMS – Blueberries, blackberries, licorice, enriched by notes of cocoa and spices, with a background of red roses.
FLAVOR – The palate is rich and structured, with fine tannins that don’t clash but blend well with freshness, alcohol and mineral notes.
SERVING TEMPERATURE – 18-20°C.
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH – 14%
FOOD & WINE – Pasta with wild boar sauce, meat cannelloni and grilled lamb.
