GRAPE VARIETIES – Frappato 25%, Nero d’Avola 25%, Syrah 50%
VINIFICATION – The 3 grape varieties are vinified separately, then blended. Maceration on the skins for about 8 days, at a controlled temperature of 25-28°C.
REFINING – In steel tanks and in bottles.
COLOR – Intense cherry red with purplish highlights.
PARFUMS – Plum, cherry, forest fruits, licorice and chocolate.
TASTE – Harmonious, spicy, tannic, well-balanced.
SERVING TEMPERATURE – 18°C.
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH – 13%
WINE AND FOOD Pairings – Red, roasted, grilled meats and sauces.
