Description
GRAPE VARIETIES – 100% Frappato.
VINIFICATION – In temperature-controlled steel vats, with maceration on the skins for around 20 days at a controlled temperature of 18-22°C.
REFINING – In steel tanks and in bottles.
COLOR – Bright cherry red.
PARFUMS – Red berries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and black pepper.
TASTE – Slightly tannic and spicy on the palate, with a renewal of blueberries, wild strawberries and blackberries.
SERVING TEMPERATURE – 18°C.
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH – 13.5%
FOOD & WINE Pairings – Antipasti with cured meats, cheese, roasted meats.
