COLOUR – Intense ruby with violet reflections.
SCENT – Intense floral notes of violet intertwined with notes of red fruits and wild blackberry.
TASTE – The attack on the palate appears immediately effervescent then turns into a pleasant fruity taste with a persistent body, some spicy notes in the retro-olfactions.
SERVE – 10 to 12°C.
