Description

GRAPE VARIETIES – Rondinella 30%, Corvina 60%, Molinara 10%.

CHARACTERISTICS – Hillside vineyards in the heart of Valpolicella, 120 quintals per hectare.

VITICULTURE TYPE – Pergola.

HARVEST – Last ten days of September, but can last until the end of October.

VINIFICATION – After a long drying period in a ventilated, dry environment, the grapes are pressed. The must is then slowly fermented with maceration of the skins for 30 days.

REFINING – 10 months in barrel and 4 to 6 months bottle ageing.

COLOR – Deep ruby red.

PARFUMS Intense and fruity.

FLAVOR Smooth and harmonious with hints of rose.

SERVING TEMPERATURE –16-18°C.

ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH – 13%
