VINIFICATION – Traditional, with gentle pressing from which the must is obtained and then fermented in an autoclave.

PARFUMS – Aromatic, orange blossom.
FLAVOR – Balanced, sweet and persistent.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE – 6 to 8°C.
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH – 5%.
