VINIFICATION – In vats with daily pumping over and 15 to 18 days of pellicular maceration, depending on the vintage.
REFINING AND STORAGE – In French oak barrels for 18 months and at least another 24 months in bottle.
COLOR – Garnet ruby with orange undertones.
PARFUMS – Elegant and fine with notes of ripe red fruit such as blackberry, bitter cocoa, tobacco and very elaborate, elegant tannins perfectly aligned and balanced.
TASTE – Dry, warm, soft, velvety, with a good concentration of elegant tannins, and a very long persistence that amplifies the organoleptic scents.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE – 20°C.

FOOD & WINE Pairings – Ideal with smoked charcuterie, grilled red meats, baked lamb, roast suckling pig.
