VINIFICATION – Static must settling after gentle pressing of crushed and destemmed bunches with a yield of 50%. Inoculated with selected yeasts on the clear, steel fermentation.
REFINING AND STORAGE – In French oak barrels for 3 months.
COLOR – Straw yellow with golden highlights.
PARFUMS – Fruity notes of apple and floral notes of jasmine. There are also notes of aromatic herbs such as thyme and sage.
FLAVOR – This is a wine with good structure and a fine texture of freshness and sapidity. Good persistence with fine lemon and mineral flavors.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE – 13°C.
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH – 13.5%
FOOD & WINE Pairings – Goes well with all fish, seafood and shellfish dishes, as well as risottos and unseasoned soft cheeses.
