CHARACTERISTICS – Vines 50 years old, 4000 to 5000 feet per hectare.

VITICULTURE – In Pugliese tree or espalier.

HARVEST – Second half of September.

VINIFICATION – Thermo-conditioning of the fermentation process, maceration for 2 weeks.

REFINEMENT – STORE – 12 months in small French barriques (Allier).

COLOUR – Ruby red with delicate garnet nuances.

SCENT – Deep and complex aroma, with spicy smell of cloves and tobacco leaf together with a full fruity smell.

TASTE – Delicate freshness and softness, full-bodied.

SERVE – 16 to 18 ° C.
