VINIFICATION – After a long drying period in a ventilated, dry environment, the grapes are pressed. The must is then slowly fermented with maceration of the skins for 30 days.
REFINING – 10 months in barrel and 4 to 6 months bottle ageing.
COLOR – Deep ruby red.
