VINIFICATION – Destemming and cold maceration for 72 hours in temperature-controlled steel vats. Fermentation lasts about 9 days, followed by maceration for about 15 days.
BREEDING – 6 months in steel.
COLOR – Ruby red with purplish highlights.
PARFUMS – Intense, fragrant and spicy.
Flavor – Dry, fresh, velvety, with a black pepper aftertaste.
