GRAPE VARIETIES – 100% Chardonnay
VINIFICATION – After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. Here, they are selected and carefully broken down. Then comes fermentation. Traditional method (on lees).
COLOR – Brilliant golden yellow with very fine, persistent bubbles.
PARFUMS – Mango, apple, papaya and Gallia melon, complemented by other fruity nuances.
FLAVOR – Light and silky. Velvety sensation without sacrificing freshness thanks to the fruit’s acidity. Beautiful finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE – 8-10°C.
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH – 12%
FOOD & WINE – Aperitif, light dishes.
