VINIFICATION – In temperature-controlled steel vats, with maceration on the skins for about 8 days at a controlled temperature of 25-28°C.
REFINING – In steel tanks and in bottles.
COLOR – Intense cherry red with violet highlights.
PARFUMS – The nose offers elegant fruity notes reminiscent of plum and morello cherry on a background of licorice and chocolate.
FLAVOR – Full-bodied, moderately tannic and spicy on the palate.
SERVING TEMPERATURE – 18°C.
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH – 13.5%
