HARVEST – Mid-September.
VINIFICATION – In steel vats.
REFINING – Aged in oak barrels for 8 months.
COLOR – Intense red with brilliant garnet highlights.
PARFUMS – An explosion of wild berries, such as blackberries, currants and blueberries, with notes of clove and pepper.
FLAVOR – The taste is full and enveloping, with a soft texture that caresses the palate. The tannins are soft and the finish is pleasantly spicy.
SERVING TEMPERATURE – 18°C.
