Description
Production
Each spice is distilled separately to avoid quality variations.
The boiler warmer in the hammered copper vats allows this Gin to develop its very special character.
Tasting
The Gin of Binche has a nice flowery flavor followed by a herbaceous note of juniper berries.Delicate and well balanced in the mouth, the gin is characterized by the smoothness of the blood orange.
Our advice is to taste the gin with a neutral tonic, but with natural flavoring.
It results in a unique, soft, tasty and aromatic gin!
Cocktail – Example of how to prepare
Put some ice cubes of a certain size (to avoid quick melting) in a glass to cool it down, add 5 cl of Gin de Binche, 12 cl of Belgian Erasmus Bond Tonic (or another high-quality neutral tonic), an orange zest, some slightly crushed juniper berries.
Decorating
Orange or lemon zest, juniper berries, cloves…
