GRAPE VARIETIES – Corvina
VINIFICATION – Bleeding technique: half the juice is removed to be vinified as rosé, and the other half continues to be vinified as red wine with twice the must/juice ratio (doppia pasta).
COLOR – Deepruby , almost purplish.
PARFUMS – Notes of black cherry and candied fruit emerge with a marked woody, mentholated note.
FLAVOR– On the palate, notes of ripe red fruit with delicate woody undertones. Solid, balanced structure. The bleeding technique makes this a full-bodied, vinous wine.
SERVING TEMPERATURE – 14°C.
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH – 13%
