Fresh italian pork, selected and carefully worked.
Cut into medium/large chunks and cured with salt, sweet pepper, wild fennel seeds, pepper and spices.

Stuffed in a natural veal casing bondiana.

Aged for about 60 days.

Gluten-free – Lactose-free.
