Monocultivar, 100% Nocellara del Belice.

The celebration of four centuries since the founding of the territory Mirabella Imbaccari.

Collected in the first ten days of October, the oil is clear in color with green hues. Nose has an intense scent of green tomatoes, artichokes, beans and basil. On the palate is delicate with a mild and balanced sensations of pleasant spicy with a little bitter end.

Ideal on the first, meat, salads.

Location: Mirabella Imbaccari (CT) – Sicily (Italy).

Cultivar: 100% nocellara del Belice.

Harvesting date: frst week of October.

Harvesting technique: manually.

Crushing: hammers.

Extraction method: continuous cold cycle (<27 °).

Yield: lt. 11 of oil from 100kg of olives.

Conservation: In stainless steel silos without oxygen.

Sedimentation: Natural.

Acidity: Expressed as free oleic acid < 0,3.

Nutritional information per tablespoon (14 ml) = 13,5 g:
Total fat 13.5 g, protein < 0,1 g, cholesterol <0,06 mg.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Excellent selection company, to gain extra virgin 400 limited edition. Class product that comes from the clear yellow color with green hues, aroma is complex and elegant, with ample notes of artichoke, tomato green tones, with hints of broad beans, lettuce and basil. In the mouth it prevails spicy scent pleasant, with a pleasantly bitter.
This oil plays in a unique way this variety with a very personal touch, which reduces
odors and favors.
